ZPasta was started by crafting and making pasta sauces. Due to the lack of quality pasta available, we then began making Artisan Pasta. We produce all pasta in small batches, ensuring we put a lot of quality, care, and attention into each batch since 1996.
Our pasta is extruded through bronze cut dies which leaves a rougher surface on the exterior of the pasta. This not only allows for more water to flow in and soften the starch during cooking, resulting in a perfectly tender piece of pasta, but it also gives a perfect surface for sauce to adhere to unlike normal pasta. Due to the handmade process and quality ingredients, the integrity of each ingredient is held strong from beginning, to the end of being packaged.
